About the Role

We are looking for a professional and customer-friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our automobile dealership.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Act as the first point of contact for customers visiting the showroom.
• Understand customer requirements and direct them to the appropriate Sales, Service, or other departments.
• Attend and manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls professionally.
• Maintain the visitor register and front-office records.
• Coordinate customer appointments, meetings, and showroom visits.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints politely and escalate them to the concerned department.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with a customer-friendly attitude.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word, and basic computer applications.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.

Eligibility

• Any Degree / Diploma preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in reception, front office, customer service, or automobile dealership operations.

• Competitive salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 Per Month
