RECEPTIONIST

Position: Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers visiting our Honda Big Wing showroom.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers in a polite and professional manner.
• Attend incoming phone calls and direct them to the concerned department/person.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide basic information about showroom services.
• Manage customer entries and visitor records.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, and other departments as required.
• Assist customers with appointments and showroom-related enquiries.
• Follow up on customer requirements when required.
• Ensure a positive customer experience at the showroom.

Eligibility

• Qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree
• Experience: Freshers can apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable, confident, and customer-friendly personality.
