Receptionist – Job Description
Position: Receptionist
Location: Vijay Nagar, Indore
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:45 PM
Job Responsibilities
Welcome and greet visitors, clients and candidates professionally.
Handle incoming calls and direct them to the concerned person.
Manage front-desk activities and maintain visitor records.
Handle basic office coordination and administrative work.
Schedule meetings and assist with appointments.
Maintain office documents and records.
Coordinate with HR and other departments when required.
Ensure the reception area is clean and well-maintained.
Eligibility
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Good communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Presentable personality and professional attitude.
Freshers can also apply.
