Receptionist

Role & responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients and visitor with a warm and professional approach
• Register patients and schedule appointments accurately
• Handle inquiries, guide patients to the appropriate departments and provide information about hospital services
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing staffs, billing, insurance and other departments for smooth flow
• Manage telephone calls, emails and appointment bookings efficiently
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data in the Hospital Information System (HIS)
• Ensure excellent patient service while maintaining confidentiality and hospital standards

Preferred candidate profile

• Any Bachelor's degree
• Fresher's and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
• Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office
• Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills and customer service skills
• Ability to work in rotational shifts in case of emergency
