Position: Receptionist

• Age: 22 to 32 years
• Must have a regular university Graduation/Post Graduation degree
• Basic computer knowledge is compulsory.
• Must be able to speak and write in both English and Hindi.
• Candidates residing in West Delhi, area nearby Mayapuri/Janakpuri will be preferred.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Hindi.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/computer applications.
• Presentable, courteous, and professional personality.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the front desk and reception area professionally.
• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Maintain visitor records and coordinate appointments.
• Manage basic administrative and front-office activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments as required.
• Perform basic computer and documentation work.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment at the reception.
