The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide administrative support to our recruitment team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior or recent school leaver looking to kick-start their career in recruitment, as no prior experience is required. We offer competitive pay above the industry standard and are excited to welcome a new team member as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities

• Effectively and efficiently manage administration duties
• Respond to inquiries over the phone, via email and face to face
• Manage candidate application forms and interview calendar
• General administration, reception, and customer service duties
• Meet and greet visitors

Requirements

• Intermediate computer literacy
• Accurate data entry skills
• Bright and bubbly positive personality
• Exceptional customer service skills both over the phone and face to face
• Willing to learn and grow within the business
• Ability to work unsupervised as well as part of a larger team
