Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis. This role will provide reception support across multiple locations, including Parramatta, Five Dock, and Chatswood. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the day-to-day administration and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet all incoming customers/visitors on arrival and providing hospitality
• Handle all incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
• Provide administrative support to the sales team
• Processing timely and accurate vehicle registrations
• Day to day office management including ordering supplies, sending/ receiving parcels and managing contractor/suppliers.
• Respond to incoming sales enquiries over the phone, email and online
• Assist customers with product enquiries and other customer service support
• General administrative duties as required

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
• A positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
