Receptionist

We're looking for a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth stay from check-in to check-out.

Responsibilities:

• Handle guest check-in and check-out processes
• Provide accurate information about the resort, rooms, and facilities
• Respond to and coordinate guest requests (concierge-type assistance)
• Maintain guest records and handle front desk administration
• Communicate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and promptly

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Background in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field is a plus
• Friendly, well-groomed, and guest-service oriented
• Good communication skills in English
• Comfortable working shifts and living/working on an island setting
