Receptionist

We are looking for Receptionists / Front Desk Executives for our Site Marketing Offices / Corporate Office. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required. Can be transferred to other offices if required.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls
• Distribute mail and letters
• Act as first point of contact for visitors

Qualifications

• 10+2. Graduates preferred.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Bengali, Hindi and English languages.

Experience

• Minimum 1 years experience in a similar role.
• Freshers with outstanding communication skills may also be considered.

Compensation

• 1.5 lakhs - 1.75
• Freshers will be given handsome stipend during the training period. On successful completion of the training they may be absorbed.
• Salary will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
