Location: Madhapur,Hyderabad
Experience: 1+ year preferred
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees professionally.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Manage front-desk activities and visitor records.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
• Receive and distribute courier/document deliveries.
• Maintain office supplies and assist with general administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
• Maintain a professional and organized reception area.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1+ year of experience in reception/front-office administration preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Presentable, courteous, and customer-oriented personality.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
