Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and responsible Receptionist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling visitors, phone calls, basic office coordination, and supporting day-to-day administrative activities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors and clients.
• Answer and manage incoming phone calls.
• Handle basic customer enquiries and provide proper information.
• Maintain reception and office records.
• Coordinate with staff for day-to-day office activities.
• Handle basic computer and documentation work.
• Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with customers and employees.

Requirements

• Good communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
• Pleasant personality and professional behaviour.
• Ability to communicate confidently with customers and visitors.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in a receptionist or front-office role is an advantage but not mandatory.
