Job Description

We are looking for a confident, approachable, and customer-oriented Receptionist who can serve as the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate is comfortable communicating with different people, can handle inquiries professionally, and is malakas ang loob when dealing with customers, visitors, and employees.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and inquiries
• Receive and relay messages to the appropriate personnel
• Provide basic information about the company and its services
• Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks
• Coordinate with different departments when necessary
• Maintain an organized and professional reception area
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate
• With or without relevant work experience
• Confident and comfortable communicating with different people
• Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Presentable, courteous, and professional
• Organized and attentive to details
• Can handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
