Receptionist

Compensation & Working Hours

• Salary: RM 3,000 per month (Inclusive of overtime)
• Working Hours: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM (9 hours per day)
• Schedule: 6 days a week

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and assist clients as they arrive, ensuring a premium customer experience.
• Manage appointment scheduling, modifications, and walk-in clients efficiently.
• Process client payments, issue invoices, and manage daily cash drawer operations using our POS system (familiarity with systems like Aoikumo is an advantage).
• Handle incoming phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and general inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Ensure the reception and lounge areas remain clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer service, front desk, or hospitality role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and maintain composure during busy peak hours.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (ability to speak additional languages is a plus).
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working a 6-day week schedule.
