Receptionist

Tanner De Witt is an independent Hong Kong law firm offering a professional and friendly working environment.

We are seeking a pro-active, organised and enthusiastic receptionist to join our team.  The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining a high standard of front-of-house service and will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a welcoming and efficient office environment for clients and visitors.

The role:

·         Ensure that the office reception is open and fully operational at the start of each business day

·         Handle all incoming phone calls, emails, faxes, post and courier, including logging and/or distribution of the same

·         Meet and greet clients and visits in a professional and courteous manner

·         Maintain front-of-house standards, including managing meeting room bookings and ensuring shared spaces always remain tidy and presentable

·         Manage inventory of stationary supplies, stamps and beverages

·         Assist in invoicing and payment tasks related to office supplies and procurement

·         Provide general administrative support and undertake other ad hoc duties as assigned

Key qualities:

·         Polite, responsible, detail-oriented, with strong time management skills

·         Excellent customer service skills and a welcoming, professional manner

·         Able to work effectively as part of a team and build positive working relationships with colleagues

·         Well-presented at all times, maintaining appropriate professional dress and decorum

·         Able to communicate fluently in both English and Chinese

·         Immediate availability is preferred
