About Kozystay:
Kozystay is a fast-growing middle to high-end property management start-up focusing on short term rental. Kozystay is looking for motivated individuals with high potential to join the team. We offer fast career progression potential with good company culture. We are currently looking for a Receptionist who will help us with our day-to-day operations for Bandung area.
Responsibilities:
- Assist guests for check in and check out
- Assist guests issues and inquiries
- Assist Property Manager in duties as a Concierge/Receptionist
- Meet deadlines given
- Look after linen, supplies and cleaning in the apartment
- Provide excellent customer service
Skills and Requirements:
- Fresh Graduate or minimum 1 year experience
- Driven and passionate about Hospitality
- Able to work independently and in teams
- Good in verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English is a must
- Willing to work in shifts
