Hospital Receptionist

We are looking for a professional and well-presented Hospital Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a patient-friendly attitude, and the ability to handle front-desk responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, attendants, and visitors professionally.
• Manage patient registration, appointments, and front-desk queries.
• Handle incoming calls and coordinate with relevant hospital departments.
• Maintain patient records and necessary documentation.
• Guide patients and attendants regarding hospital services and procedures.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff as required.
• Ensure smooth and efficient reception operations.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Management / Healthcare Management.
• Master’s in Hospital Management (MHA/Masters in Hospital Management) preferred.
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year in hospital reception, front office, or a similar healthcare role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and customer-service skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to manage hospital records.
• Professional, courteous, and patient-friendly personality.
