Receptionist

Geelong Kia, Chery & Jaecoo is looking to add a full time Receptionist to its team. The position is a multifaceted role which will see you performing a variety of administration tasks, with your main role answering and directing telephone enquiries and being the face of the Dealership. You will be working on a daily basis with the sales and administration team, reporting to the General Manager.

About the role:

• Answering and directing phone enquiries
• Assisting the sales process by processing trade-ins and running the prospecting system for the Dealership
• Data entry (invoices, vehicle information) and assisting with mail, banking, etc.
• Assisting the Sales & Admin departments as required

• Previous experience in a busy reception area
• Good communication skills
• Great time management
• Excel and Word experience essential

This is a full time position 38 hours
