Vision Radiology is seeking a friendly, organised and professional Medical Receptionist to join our Sebastopol team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy healthcare environment and is passionate about providing outstanding patient care and customer service.

We are open to both part-time and full-time applicants and can offer flexibility around days of work for the right person.

About the Role

Working as part of our supportive reception team, your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting patients and visitors and providing a warm, professional experience
• Booking and coordinating patient appointments
• Answering telephone and email enquiries
• Processing patient information, referrals and payments
• Providing general administrative support to the clinical team
• Maintaining accurate patient records
• Liaising with patients, referrers and clinical staff
• Working collaboratively with the wider Vision Radiology team

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous reception or administration experience
• Medical or healthcare reception experience is highly regarded but not essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• The ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• A positive, professional and patient-focused attitude
• A reliable and flexible approach to work
• The ability to work independently while also being part of a team
