Receptionist

The Grand Hotel Leicester by the Unlimited Collection is seeking a charming and engaging R****eceptionistwith a passion for service excellence. You will report to the Assistant Front Office Manager, working towards providing our guests with memorable experiences of the city.

The R****eceptionist will be responsible for:

• Giving our guests a memorable welcome and lasting impression

• Providing exceptional service by demonstrating full knowledge of our products, services and facilities

• Ensuring that the daily task list is completed effectively

• Working collaboratively with your colleagues to deliver captivating experiences

• Taking initiative in accommodating our guests needs in a resourceful manner

To be successful in the role of Receptionist, we require:

• Excellent guest engagement skills

• An ability to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel

• Willingness to learn and work with IT systems quickly

• The ability to communicate and organize yourself in line with different guest expectations

• A good command of English is essential, a second language is advantageous
