Receptionist

Summary Receptionist supports daily operations by performing assigned duties accurately and on time.

Tasks

• Welcome visitors, answer routine questions, and direct them accordingly.
• Respond to calls/emails, gather information, and escalate where needed.
• Maintain calendars and arrange meeting rooms.
• Follow required steps to meet quality standards.
• Organize daily tasks in line with priorities.
• Maintain and develop procedural and soft skills.

Education Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.

Experience 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
