Menyediakan laporan sales dan revenue
Memastikan data keluar masuk pelanggan dan duit keluar masuk sama dengan sistem
Memastikan prosedur pertukaran shift dan prosedur Check In/Out dilakukan dengan baik.
Menjawab panggilan telefon dan menyemak booking online.
Memastikan maklumat online payment dilakukan dengan baik.
Menyemak bilik sebelum pelanggan check out dan melaporkan di bahagian kaunter hadapan sebarang kehilangan/kerosakan.
General duty etc dokumen in/out dan surat-menyurat
Ad hoc yang diberikan dari masa ke semasa.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
