About the role

Front Office Receptionist role at a villa, responsible for welcoming and serving guests in a friendly and professional manner, managing check-in and check-out processes, providing information about villa facilities and services, handling reservations, payments, and guest requests.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and serve guests with friendliness and professionalism
• Handle check-in and check-out processes
• Provide information regarding villa facilities and services
• Handle reservations, payments, and guest requests
• Ensure good communication and coordination with Housekeeping, Villa Attendant, Maintenance, and Villa Manager
• Handle guest complaints appropriately
• Maintain guest data and privacy
• Ensure all front office administration and operations run according to villa SOP

About you

• Minimum SMA/SMK education level
• Minimum 1 year experience as Receptionist/Front Office in villa, hotel, or resort (preferred)
• Good English language ability
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Able to use computer, email, WhatsApp, and reservation/POS systems
• Neat and professional appearance
• Friendly, polite, confident, detail-oriented, honest, disciplined, and responsible
• Able to handle complaints well
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
