Receptionist Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients upon arrival.
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
• Collect and process patient payments.
• Prepare and manage daily appointment schedules.
• Assist patients in completing necessary forms and paperwork.
• Provide information about clinic services and procedures.

Receptionist Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in a medical or clinical setting.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in basic computer software and office equipment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Must be comfortable and not afraid of animals.
