Key Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Reception: Welcome customers enthusiastically, complete standardized vehicle inspections, and quickly issue service orders.
- Progress Tracking: Coordinate with technicians, provide real-time status updates to vehicle owners, and ensure timely completion.
- Handover & Settlement: Assist customers with vehicle inspection upon completion, process payments, and explain maintenance precautions.
- Customer Care: Maintain customer records, conduct post-service follow-ups, send maintenance reminders, and drive customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (able to use as working languages).
- Tech Skills: Proficient in basic office software and general computer operation.
- Experience: Prior relevant experience in the same industry is an added advantage.
Career Progression: Front Desk Service Advisor ➔ Assistant Manager ➔ Branch Manager
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
