Job summary

Responsible for welcoming guests, handling check in and check out, managing reservations, answering enquiries, attending to guest requests and complaints, processing payments, and coordinating with other departments to ensure excellent guest service and a smooth hotel experience.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and attend to guests professionally.
• Handle guest check-in and check-out.
• Manage reservations and room enquiries.
• Respond to guest requests, questions, and complaints.
• Maintain accurate guest records and front desk documentation.
• Handle telephone calls, messages, and enquiries.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments regarding room status and guest needs.
• Receive and process payments where applicable.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
• Follow hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Prepare and submit required front office reports.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the guest's stay.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience
• A minimum of an HND in a related field
