RECEPTIONIST

Position Description:

Seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to provide exceptional services to patients and physicians while representing the office in a professional and friendly manner. We are a fast-paced Pain Clinic and need a solid, dependable, and energetic individual. The Front Desk Receptionist ensures that patient needs and visit expectations are met and ensures smooth operations while checking patients in and out of the office. This is fast paced environment with the goal of a positive patient experience with every encounter.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors in a prompt, courteous and helpful manner.
• Schedule new patients
• Call patients regarding “no shows” and appointments
• Answer telephone, screen, and direct calls, takes messages and provides information
• Maintain work area and lobby in neat and orderly manner
• Accuracy and attention to detail in all paperwork completed
• Respect patients' right to privacy and confidentiality
• Scanning, filing, and other general office duties
