Job Description:

• Salary: S$2,300 – S$3,000 (based on experience)

• Office Location: Hotel Chancellor, 28 Cavenagh Rd, Singapore 229635

• Operating Hours: 8:00 am – 10:00 pm, Monday to Sunday

• Working Hours:

  • 5 days a week, including weekends and public holidays
  • 2 shifts available: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm / 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm
  • Flexible scheduling arrangements can be discussed
  • Full-time, part-time, and contract positions available

Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm, friendly, and professional first point of contact for customers
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner
• Handle day-to-day administrative and reception duties
• Maintain and update accurate customer records
• Assist and guide guests on how to use and operate wellness and technology-related equipment
• Coordinate appointments, schedules, and daily activities with therapists, personal trainers, and other team members
• Support therapists, personal trainers, and the wider team with operational and administrative matters
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide clear and helpful information
• Ensure the reception area and customer-facing environment are neat, welcoming, and professional

Requirements:

• Friendly, articulate, and confident when interacting with people
• Well-groomed and professional, with a welcoming and approachable personality
• Able to remain calm and professional when handling customers and day-to-day situations
• Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer literate and comfortable with technology and able to learn new systems and equipment
• Interest in health, wellness, and fitness is an advantage
• Previous experience in hospitality, hotel reception, retail, customer service, or as cabin crew is an advantage
• NITEC/diploma in Office Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well as part of a team
