What they need
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude
- Manage table reservations (walk-ins, calls, online bookings)
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints and special requests.
- Coordinate with floor staff for seating and table turnover
- Answer phone calls and respond to messages promptly
- Maintain waitlists and ensure efficient seating flow
- Assist in basic admin tasks (logs, reports, guest database)
- Ensure reception area is clean and presentable at all times
- At least college level or graduate in any business related course.
- At least two (2) years experience in the same position in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
- Computer literate and can operate basic programs: word and excel.
- Knowledge on workplace hygiene and beverage safety.
- Good oral and written communication skills. Can understand and speak Tagalog and English languages.
- Must have the ability to project a positive and professional image.
- Willing to work on shifts or flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
