Receptionist

Position Overview:

We are seeking a professional, courteous, and efficient Receptionist to manage front-desk operations at our Head Office in Andheri. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees and will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and organized environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently.
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and well-organized at all times.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
• Coordinate with internal departments to manage appointments and meeting schedules.
• Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as per company protocol.
• Assist in basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
• Monitor and order office supplies for the front office.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and security for front-desk related needs.
• Handle any queries or complaints from clients and visitors politely and efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a front office or receptionist role (preferably in a corporate environment).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. (Knowledge of Hindi and Marathi is a plus.)
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with grace and professionalism.
