About the Opportunity

Are you organised, detail-oriented, and love providing exceptional customer service? We are currently seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our **St Vincents (Lismore)**team on a Casual basis. You must be able work across our clinics in Byron, Goonellabah, Ballina and Casino. 

Please note this position is required to work a Full-Time 6-week training period then revert to casual. 

As a Medical Receptionist, you will:

• Be the first point of contact for patients, handling face-to-face and phone registrations, bookings, triage, and queries.
• Manage payments, issue receipts, and handle billing and invoicing.
• Operate our booking system efficiently.
• Assist with back-office activities, including outbound calls, data entry, and reporting as directed by your manager.

About You

• Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
