Roles & Responsibilities:
- Co-ordination with all Departments (Internally / Externally)
- Raising Indent for Brach based on the requirements.
- Ensuring smooth patient flow.
- Minimizing the process & waiting time.
- Co-ordination with patients till they walk out.
- Maintaining FFA, Auto Perimeter, B-Scan, Laser & Doctors registers.
- Maintaining employee attendance and monitoring staff leave and timings.
- Arranging alternative staff and doctors while they are on leave.
