Receptionist

You are the person people remember, but not because you're the loudest person in the room.

You're the one who makes people feel welcome, keeps things organised and somehow always seems to have things under control.

You'll be the first person clients meet when they walk through the door, the friendly voice answering the phone and the person helping keep the office running smoothly behind the scenes.

Some days are busy.

You're naturally proactive, happy helping wherever needed and get satisfaction from making sure everything looks professional and runs seamlessly.

In this role, you'll:

• Welcome clients and visitors and create a great first impression.
• Manage incoming calls and connect clients with the right people.
• Coordinate meeting rooms, bookings and calendars.
• Prepare meeting spaces, organise catering and keep everything looking polished.
• Support advisers and the wider team with administration tasks.
• Assist with office events, recruitment activities and social media initiatives.

We're less concerned about where you've worked and more interested in how you work.

You might currently be:

• A receptionist wanting to step into a more professional corporate environment.
• Working in hospitality and looking for a Monday to Friday role.
• In customer service, retail or another people-focused role where you've built strong communication skills.

What matters is that you're professional, reliable, switched on and enjoy being around people.
