Receptionist

Are you a people person with a knack for problem-solving? We are looking for two motivated Receptionist to join a busy and essential help desk team based in Perth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who priorities the customer experience and is eager to learn the ropes of a specialised industry. While call centre experience is a bonus, your attitude, communication skills, and drive are what matter most to us.

THE ROLE:

• Pay Rate: $36 - $43 per hour + super.
• Location: Perth
• Duration: 6-month initial contract with strong potential to extend.
• Hours: Standard business hours, Monday to Friday.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for technical and general enquiries. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Providing accurate advice and assistance via a dedicated industry helpdesk.
• Recording customer details, feedback, and complaints with high attention to detail.
• Distributing technical publications, forms, and brochures to stakeholders.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of helpdesk systems and manuals.
• Building professional relationships with internal teams and external industry partners.
