Receptionist

About the role

Our Receptionists are friendly, provide exceptional customer service and make every patient and visitor feel like they are welcome and safe. The receptionist will be passionate about providing a memorable experience and have the ability to multitask and prioritise.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome our patients and make them feel safe, cared for and respected
• Support our GPs, Specialists, Allied Health and nurses to provide a premium healthcare experience to our patients
• Management rescheduling, bookings, payments and phone calls.
• Keep our clinics clean and calm.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Undertake administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the clinic.

About you

• Friendly, outgoing, customer focused

• Customer service experience

• Experience with taking payments

• An effective team player with an ability to focus on resolving problems

• Project a professional image at all times through personal presentation and interpersonal skills

• You pride yourself on being able to exceed patient expectations

• You have a 'let's do it' attitude and are happy to take on responsibility to contribute to a positive team environment
