Receptionist

We are a specialist family law firm located in the Adelaide CBD.

We are seeking an Receptionist who:

• is motivated and driven and can work both autonomously and as a team player;
• has time management, organisational, and multitasking skills;
• has an ability to communicate clearly and concisely;
• has attention to detail;
• is able to work under pressure;
• can learn new skills quickly;
• can manage competing priorities; and
• presents in a professional manner.

Word processing skills are essential and experience in a legal office is preferable. Knowledge of LEAP Practice Management Software would be an advantage.

The role will involve, but will not be limited to:

• General reception duties including answering incoming telephone calls and taking messages;

• Greet clients, solicitors, barristers and mediators when they arrive;

• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen workspace;

• Ensure meeting rooms are fully stocked with refreshments, including fresh water and glassware, prior to all appointments;

• Oversee the inventory and replenishment of kitchen and bathroom supplies, snacks, and drinks; and

• Diary management using Outlook.
