Receptionist

About the role

Caishen Realty, a sister company of CVJR Builders, is seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist to serve as the face of our company. You will manage front office operations and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive first impression for all visitors and clients

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all guests, clients, and visitors with a warm and professional demeanour
• Manage reception desk operations, including answering telephone enquiries and directing calls appropriately
• Register guests and process check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest information and bookings
• Respond to guest enquiries regarding facilities, services, and local attractions
• Handle guest requests and concerns professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the reception diary
• Perform administrative duties including filing, data entry, and report preparation
• Ensure the reception area is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and organization
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data protection requirements

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification; hospitality or customer service qualification is advantageous

• Proven experience in a front office, reception, or guest services role within the hospitality industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clientele

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously

• Proficiency in using reception management systems and Microsoft Office applications

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data entry

• Professional appearance and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service

• Ability to work flexibly, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required

• Sound numeracy skills for handling cash transactions and billing processes

• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving guest concerns
