Role & responsibilities

Welcome and greet all clients, visitors, and business associates in a warm and professional manner.

• Manage the front desk and handle walk-in inquiries efficiently.

• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.

• Maintain visitor records and ensure proper entry procedures are followed.

• Coordinate appointments and meetings for the sales team.

• Offer refreshments to clients and ensure they are comfortable while waiting.

• Provide basic information about the company's real estate projects and direct clients to the appropriate sales representative.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the reception and waiting area.

• Handle courier services, incoming and outgoing mail, and office correspondence.

• Maintain customer databases, visitor logs, and appointment schedules.

• Assist in organizing site visits, customer events, and promotional activities.

• Support administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, photocopying, and record management.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer service and office operations.

• Ensure confidentiality of customer information and company records.
