Receptionist

Tindol Ford is looking for a friendly and professional person to join our team as a part time Receptionist and Appointment Scheduler. Hours for this position will be from 2pm to 7pm. The ideal candidate will be someone who provides superior customer service.

Job Requirements:

• Outgoing personality, professional and friendly
• Basic phone and computer proficiency
• Excellent appearance, verbal and written communication skills
• Dependable and detail oriented

Job Responsibilities:

• Responds to all phone calls and walk in traffic
• Greets customers to create a welcoming environment
• Schedules appointments
• Forwards calls to appropriate person or department
