Receptionist

Oxygen Salon & Day Spa is looking to employ a capable receptionist with salon/spa experience who will provide excellent customer service to guests.

Day-to-day responsibilities include checking clients in and out, seating them, taking payment, answering the phone, making/changing appointments, managing stylist's schedules, and handling clients. In essence, the receptionist is responsible for ensuring that everything runs smoothly.

Applicants must:

- be able to carry themselves in a professional manner

- have worked with Millennium/Meevo booking program or other salon software programs

- be punctual, responsible, and reliable

- have good written and verbal communication skills (answering the phone and composing emails in a professional manner)

- be very friendly and able to calmly handle clients and staff'

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
