Receptionist

• Welcome and greet visitors, guests, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage the reception area and ensure a neat and welcoming environment.
• Handle incoming calls, messages, and inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Receive and assist visitors, including coordinating visitor registration and access.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, documents, and packages.
• Coordinate meeting room arrangements and support meeting activities when required.
• Maintain visitor records and other administrative documentation.
• Provide general administrative support to the HRGA/General Affairs team.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Hospitality, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience as a Receptionist, Front Office, or Customer Service is preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

• Willing to work on-site in Kendal, Central Java.
