Receptionist

We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Receptionist / Front Office Executive who can stay at the resort and independently manage day-to-day front office and guest-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle guest check-in and check-out.
• Attend calls, WhatsApp enquiries and guest queries.
• Manage room bookings, reservations and guest records.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen and other resort staff.
• Handle guest requests, complaints and ensure proper resolution.
• Maintain daily occupancy, booking and reception records.
• Coordinate food requirements and guest arrangements.
• Assist in managing resort activities and guest experiences.
• Handle basic cash/billing-related activities and daily reporting.
• Ensure the reception and guest areas are properly managed.
• Coordinate with management regarding daily resort operations.
• Take responsibility for smooth day-to-day guest handling when management is not present.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in a hotel/resort/front office role preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Hindi and English communication required.
• Must be responsible, trustworthy and comfortable working independently.
• Candidate should be willing to stay at the resort.
