Type: Full-Time

About the Role: As our receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your love for cars will shine through as you interact with clients, schedule appointments, and ensure a smooth operation at our shop. Your enthusiasm for automobiles and knowledge about the industry will help you deliver a superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers professionally and courteously.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries.
• Manage customer records and maintain accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with technicians and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions.
• Perform general administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in basic computer skills.
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role in the auto industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of auto body repair terminology is a plus but not required.

Schedule: Mon-Fri from 9 am till 5 pm

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
