Description

This person will be representing our firm by greeting clients, answering the phones, scheduling appointments and other important support duties. This role works closely with our Operations Associate on a variety of projects and preparation for meetings.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical/critical thinking skills
• Must be 18 or older

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greeting clients and answering phones
• Coordinating multiple calendars for scheduling
• Assist meeting preparation – including reminders and reports
• Maintain client records – CRM database
• Branch administrative support

Salary

$17.5 - $22 per hour
