Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist patients, attendants, and visitors professionally.
• Handle patient registration, appointments, and inquiries.
• Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls.
• Provide information regarding doctors, departments, services, and hospital facilities.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, billing, laboratory, and other departments.
• Maintain patient records and reception-related documentation.
• Handle basic billing/payment coordination as required.
• Manage appointments and maintain proper schedules.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Handle patient concerns politely and escalate issues to the appropriate department.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Perform other front-office duties assigned by management.

Eligibility & Skills:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Pleasant personality and professional attitude.
• Ability to work in shifts.
• Prior hospital/healthcare reception experience will be an advantage.

Preferred: Candidates with good Hindi & English communication skills.

Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
