POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking two highly capable, driven Receptionists to serve as front-line ambassadors for our reborn business. Both new hires will receive comprehensive training in our business goals and operating protocols.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

▸ Greet and assist customers and visitors professionally and warmly — in both English and Spanish

▸ Manage high volumes of calls, emails, and in-person inquiries efficiently and accurately

▸ Maintain detailed records, schedules, and communications with strong attention to accuracy

▸ Support office operations during ongoing facility construction and transition

▸ Exercise sound judgment and make quick, confident decisions in a fast-moving environment

▸ Adapt to AI-powered tools and modern workflows designed to streamline daily tasks

▸ Perform clerical duties including data entry, document preparation, and appointment scheduling

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

▸ Bilingual — fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)

▸ Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

▸ Proactive and assertive — able to make effective decisions quickly and independently

▸ Composed and effective in fast-changing or high-pressure environments

▸ Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and standard spreadsheet tools

▸ Willing to learn new technologies, including AI-assisted tools

▸ Punctual, reliable, and comfortable in a startup-like, evolving setting
