Receptionist

Job Duties:

• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a warm and professional welcome.
• Manage incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring it is always clean and presentable.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for staff.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Support the team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.

Requirement:

• At least 2 year working experience in Receptionist
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Professional demeanor and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Immediate available is an advantage.

Place of work and Working time:

• Quarry Bay (Monday to Friday: 8:30am-6pm OR 9am-6:30pm)
