What they need
ANK Restaurants is looking for a smart, presentable candidate who can work in Maligaon area in the reception with flexible timings, 6 days a week.
The Key Responsibilities are:
- Member Services: Greet guests, check memberships, and monitor front-door access.
- Inquiries & Sales: Explain membership plans, sign up new members, and handle phone or message queries.
- Administration: Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain attendance logs.
- Facility Upkeep: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Sales Target: Meeting Sales Target every month and retaining customers.
Requirements & Skills
- Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or graduate.
- Skills: Basic computer knowledge (MS Office) and clear communication skills.
- Personality: Friendly, presentable, and customer-focused
