We are looking for a friendly, confident, and responsible Receptionist to join our team at Revive Fitness.

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist gym members and visitors.
• Handle front-desk operations and member enquiries.
• Manage membership registrations, renewals, and payments.
• Answer phone calls and respond to WhatsApp enquiries.
• Maintain member records and basic administrative work.
• Coordinate with trainers and management.
• Follow up with leads and potential members.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming reception area.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to communicate in English and Malayalam.
• Customer-service oriented and presentable.
• Previous experience in a gym, fitness centre, reception, or customer service is an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
