What you’ll do

• Support the daily operation of facility management including monitoring of move, maintenance and cleaning services etc
• Handle clients’ enquiries, requests and complaints
• Prepare various monthly and management reports and analysis
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Key qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in property related studies or facility management; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a limited work schedule

• Good common of both spoken and written English and Chinese

• Familiar with PC operations and MS Office

• Holding a valid Security Personnel Permit (SPP) is an advantage.
