Job Description:

We are looking for a Male Front Office Executive / Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and provide professional assistance to visitors, clients, and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk and reception activities.
• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and candidates professionally.
• Handle incoming calls and direct them to the concerned departments.
• Maintain visitor records and front-office documentation.
• Coordinate meetings and appointments.
• Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence and courier management.
• Provide administrative and coordination support as required.
• Ensure the reception area is maintained in a professional manner.

Eligibility & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Male candidates preferred.
• Freshers can apply; relevant experience will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Professional and presentable personality.
